Required Qualifications and Experience
Ψ are at least a Master graduate in Clinical/Applied (Counselling) Psychology
Ψ are fully licensed or registered with SRP, AHPRA, or appropriate regulator or body
Ψ have used up at least 3 years of your life as a fully licensed or registered Clinical Psychologist providing therapy and assessments
Ψ can confidently and robustly select from an eclectic mix of psychotherapies to manage a broad range of presentations… like personality disorders, abuse and complex trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, paraphilic disorders, childhood presentations including special needs, self-harm etc.. without forgetting anxiety and depression
Ψ work well in a clinical setting, either with, within or without a team
B) Occupational Therapist (Paediatric)
Responsibilities:
Ψ Independently assess and identify the individual needs of paediatric clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualised/ group therapy programmes
Ψ Apply paediatric and early intervention evidence-based practices in the intervention programme
Ψ Providing individual and group therapy to paediatric population
Ψ Targeting goals for intervention and preparing an intervention plan
Ψ Providing guidance to parents how to handle the child and continue build up skills
Ψ Liaise and work with parents, educators, and other stakeholders involved
Ψ Work with the clinic to develop our clinical services
Ψ Provide consultation and training to teachers, parents and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum of 3 years of paediatric working experience while holding full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
Experienced and have a passion for helping children with special needs
C) Speech Therapist
Responsibilities
Ψ Conduct initial assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities, as well as any communication or swallowing disorders
Ψ Develop individualized management plans and goals for clients based on assessment findings and in consultation with the multidisciplinary team
Ψ Providing individual and group therapy to paediatric population
Ψ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and doctors, to provide a coordinated approach to therapy
Ψ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and management plans
Ψ Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding speech and language disorders, and how to manage them outside of therapy sessions
Ψ Work with the clinic to develop our clinical services
Ψ Provide consultation and training to teachers, parents and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
Experienced and have a passion for helping children with special needs
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and to provide a coordinated approach to therapy
D) EIPIC Teacher

Responsibilities
To lead and conduct classes under the direction and supervision of the Head of EIPIC / Manager:
Assess the developmental needs of the children and plan Individual Educational Programme (IEP) to address the needs of the children.
Monitor, assess, record and report the development and progress of the children.
Conduct case conferences with parents and other relevant professionals.
Plan, facilitate and evaluate quality intervention strategies.
Create developmentally and culturally appropriate classroom activities, experiences and environments for the children.
Conduct individual and group activities (including field trips) for the children.
Maintenance of the classrooms to ensure cleanliness and safety of the environment.
Facilitate the process of sourcing, purchasing, creating and inventory of all equipment, teaching aids and resources in the classroom.
To work collaboratively with colleagues including other teachers and therapists.
To guide parents and caregivers in executing intervention and development strategies for the children.
To maintain regular contact with parents and caregivers through the various communication modalities.
To conduct sharing or training on topics related to teaching during in-house teacher training sessions, and topics relevant to caregivers during caregiver support programme.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood/ Pre-School Teaching/ Early Years/ Special Education, with relevant teaching experience.
Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) will be preferred.
Strong interest and commitment in working with children with developmental / special needs
Minimum of 1 year of paediatric working experience in the same or relevant setting will be preferred.
E) Clinic Executive (Reception)
Responsibilities
Provide quality lounge-side reception and check-in/out service to clients, including the handling of:
Registration of new clients
Preparing drinks for clients
Walk-in enquiries
Payment collection (using POS terminal) and invoicing
General administrative duties, including managing/invoicing records/file system (Microsoft Excel/Word)
Washing of cups/plates
Organise patient appointments and sending reminder and follow-up e-mails
Manage psychologists’ calendars and room bookings
Attend to clinic phone calls, e-mails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining general cleanliness of the clinic
Required Qualifications and Experience
Maturity of character, sensitive to mental health clients
Similar experience in a mental health or clinic setting will be advantageous
Meticulous and organised, able to self-prioritise and perform with minimum supervision
Fluent English required; Mandarin or Bahasa speaking skills an advantage to attend to clinic phone calls, e-mails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner from English, Mandarin and Bahasa speaking clients
An “enabler” to assist our psychologists in providing the best level of care to our clients
Friendly personality with a positive working and learning attitude
Full time (5 day work week - including Saturdays. One week day will be off in-lieu)
F) Family Therapist

Ψ can confidently and robustly select from an eclectic mix of psychotherapies to address maladaptive family interactional dynamics Having been trained in the Gottman Approach, Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, or Emotionally-Focused Therapy would be an advantage
Ψ work well in a clinical setting, either with, within or without a team
Ψ are oratorically and orthographically literally inclined
Responsibilities:
Ψ Independently assess and identify maladaptive family dynamics
Ψ Plan, facilitate, and evaluate quality intervention strategies
Ψ Conduct risk assessments, case managements, and crisis management
Ψ Participate in secondary-consultation internally and externally as appropriate
Ψ Complete and maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical record
G) Partnerships & Outreach Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve population health & clinic goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales and business performance metrics.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
At least 1 year experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of mental health services or psychology (preferred but not required).
